I have done two transactions with Christiano so far (both buying a loft and selling a loft) and he is simply fantastic. When I was first buying a loft in LA, I interviewed a number of agents, including others who claimed to specialize in lofts, and none of them compared to Christiano. His niche knowledge of the loft market, his hard work, impeccable customer service and his caring ways that always put the client first are the best I have seen. I have since referred my friends to him and they have all been very impressed as well. For lofts in LA, this is the go-to-guy, hands down.
