Insurance Exchange Lofts

Located in the heart of downtown Long Beach in a building that dates back to 1924. The Insurance Exchange boasts Live/Work LOFTS with large  floor plans, Porcher Sinks, Hans Gorhe fixtures and classic details like exposed brick. There are only 12 units available in this LOFT project so units are not available often.
