Habitat 15: Architects Hadrian Predock and John Frane have fused new urban living with Hollywood fancy: In jazz-like randomness window placement dances across the front facade like so many flat-screens paying homage to Tinseltown. Inside fifteen two-bedroom homes of two and three levels lie within two parallel, elongated blocks separated by an interior court of trees and a 40′ green privacy wall. The blocks connect via steel pedestrian bridges. Some units have 2-story spaces with 9-18′ ceilings and views of the Hollywood Hills.
