Barker Block had their launch party last night. The turn out was huge and you could barely walk there. They released the floor plans and had some examples of finishes.
The project is going to be another home run and the only new development for sale in Downtown LA besides the old kids on the block, EVO and Ritz Residences that still have units left.
Most of the LOFTS are around 1,000 sq ft with a few over 1,500. The building benefits from all the amenities on the main building and the upcoming Hewitt street park announced the other day. No prices yet, but I estimate at least $500 per sq ft. They will start selling in January. If you would like to get one, you should start getting pre-approved ASAP.
