One of the most important factors influencing buyers on the final dcecision these days is called Walkability. 
Having Restaurants, Supermarkets, Parks and Entertainment close by can really influence the price of your place.
This website is pretty neat: GO THERE: GO THERE
You can type your address and  see your Walkability score.
My address says 97/100. Pretty good! How about yours?
