To Buy or Not to Buy

Buyers always wonder when is the right time to buy. Not just with Real Estate, but the stock market, cars and anything that you will eventually sell down the road. Well, if we had a crystal ball we would all be very wealthy by now, but the right timing is hard to achieve.
Based on the latest news, it looks like we are at the bottom and if you were waiting for the market to go lower you might want to make a move, since it might not happen.
Prices are good and so are interest rates, so you might want to stop watching the market and make some offers.
