By Far my favorite project in Downtown, since they started redeveloping the area. The RL has about 250 units and more than 50 different floor plans. They will be adding three more levels to the building to allow space for the pool and the two level penthouses.
This project has it all, pool on the roof (better than court Yard pools that will never see the sun), gym, valet parking in the building + guest parking, massage, tanning room, hydro-therapy. Unbeatable location, walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. Prices are competitive and the finishes are great.
