The Sunset Silverlake lofts had its grand opening party about a week ago.
This is another project from the KOR Group, the same developers that brought us the Eastern Columbia and The Broadway Hollywood lofts. This  building Features 43 Live/Work Lofts in Silverlake. Most of the units have two levels and concrete floors. 19 are sold already with 24 still available. The building has no amenities, aside from underground parking, but the building is priced very well. But unlike their previous projects that were renovated, this one is brand new from the ground up.
