The market has been pretty dry in Downtown LA. Most buildings don't have any units for sale and the ones that do are selling with multiple offers. I don't know if it's because of all the hype about the football stadium or just the lack of units for sale. Luckily a few projects are about to hit the market. Among them are Concerto, Gallery Lofts, Barn Lofts, Santee and Brockman. We need stuff to sell!
