Yesterday I stopped by the Hancock Lofts, I was very impressed with the project. The finishes are nice and the units are spacious. The one bedrooms are around 1000 sq ft and most of them have large balconies. Some of the balconies have cool roll up doors. The pool area is also very nice and there is plenty guest parking. I think they will sell all the units on Auction day. They are not super cheap, but the area is great.
