Today I went by the El Dorado Lofts, They are having an Auction and I wanted to see some of the units. They did a great job with the kitchens, they feature Appliances by Bosh and I like the colors the use on the cabinets and counters. The bathrooms feel a little cramped and the doors get in the way in most units, would be better if they had pocket doors. 
The building only have 6 units per floor and most of the units have balconies. Somebody looking for a true loft will most likely be disappointed, the units are very condo like, ceilings feel low and most units have real bedrooms.
The building is beautiful and is a good option for buyers that are looking for a historical building.
Starting bids seem a bit high and with added HOA and parking costs I would be very surprise if they are able to sell all the offered units. Auction is on April 25th, more info HERE
