First Resale at Luma is from Loftway

Luma is going to be open by the end of May and Loftway listed the first resale there. Is a corner unit around 1,200 sq ft. This unit can be compared with unit 09 from Elleven, but without the long hallway space that was dead square footage. The builder only have one of these beauties left and their price is $850k. Ostrich Farm Listing

Loftway has the first resale at the Ostrich Farm in South Pasadena. The building was done in 2006 and features 53 Live/Work lofts surrounded by green and hiking trails. Finishes are great and the floor plans are well arranged. This is an option for dwellers that are not ready to move to downtown or like the small town feel.
