The TV show where Loftway Homes was featured selling an Architectural House in Glendale finally aired last week. In the show, Christiano Sampaio, sells a house after the designed to sell team does their magic. For you that are not familiar with the show, they spend $2000 decorating and doing minor fixes to the house. Then they host an open house and find out if they did a good job.
The house on the show was on the market for 8 months with two different realtors. We took the listing after the show and we sold the house in one month. The show producers told us that they had never had an open house with so many people since they started the show.
Loftway Homes and Designed to Sell was a winning combination for the Mackanin family.
