Bloft

I just got back from a weekend in New York. The city is so alive and you can walk for miles without noticing.
One of the things that occurred to me when I glanced out of my hotel window to the building across the street, is how spoiled we are in LA. Having sold dozens of places in Downtown LA, it still bugs me that LA buyers don't get "City Living". I understand that we all wont views, but the reality is that as Downtown grows these will be incredibly hard to find and we have to realize that its ok to be looking at another building.
One of the things I always say to buyers is that hopefully you will be looking at a nice building and not something ran down.
