Finally after almost an year delayed, the Broadway Hollywood is open.
The building looks great. I was expecting something similar to the Eastern Columbia, but is much nicer. Sure the HOA's are also much higher.
The building is setting a new standard in Hollywood. The lobby and hallways were tastily done and the valet parking and 24/7 concierge come in handy. The pool has amazing views and the gym is nicely equipped.
The building is priced high, for what is out there now, but not even close to the prices of the W Hotel that is coming next door.
Is a good chance to own a piece of the action, before Hollywood reach West Hollywood prices. More pictures here: Unit 512
