I always like the building location and at one time back in 2006 was thinking about buying an unit there to be used as office space.

The building is ready and surprisedly the finishes are very nice. The dark wood floors look good, kitchens have nice appointments and most units have walk in closets. The units are on the small size and even the two bedrooms are small. The building could be a good option for buyers that were looking at Market Lofts and Library court.
