Barker Block Lofts Building 4 visit

I was at Barker on Friday. The project is making progress and they should be on schedule. Is definitely the best buck for your money at the moment. With units starting at the low $400's, low HOA's and nice amenities this project is the solution for buyers on a budget. The roof deck are looks great and has amazing vies.

Loftway Gadget

The Loftway Gadget is on its way. This is the first prototype. Soon you will be able to have all our new listings on your side bar. Then we will develop one for Goggle, Yahoo and Mac.
This is a great toll for everyone.
Sellers/Landlords - Prospective buyers and renters can have listings that match their criteria display on their side bar.
Buyers/Renters - Can find out about new listings on their desktop without going to the site.

Santee Lofts review

I was at the Santee building the other day. The lofts look nice and they are very affordable. The project consist of several building s and they all share the amenities. The one for sale now is the Cornell building. If you are looking for units under $300k this is your building. The only problem is that parking is a block away.

2121 Lofts

Yesterday I stopped by 2121 Lofts for the first time. The project looks great and I like how all the lofts look different from each other. The kitchens are very nice and the finishes differ from what you see everywhere else. If you like units on the first floor with very high ceilings and large garage doors, this is the place for you.
